Through comprehensive education and hands-on guidance, we help our patients better understand their dizziness or imbalance, learn valuable self-management strategies, and make informed decisions about their health.

Katherine Cavallaro, PT, DPT

Katherine Cavallaro, physical therapist, with her husband and their son

Katherine earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2018, igniting her passion for improving the lives of others through personalized care. Since then, she has focused her practice on vestibular rehabilitation, specializing in treating dizziness and reducing the risk of falls. Katherine also has a special interest in helping individuals with Parkinson's Disease maximize their balance and mobility and is LSVT BIG certified. Her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development ensures that she stays at the forefront of her field, offering the latest techniques and evidence-based approaches to her clients. Outside of her practice, Katherine finds joy in spending quality time with her family and staying active through running and hiking, embodying the importance of balance in both her personal and professional life.
