Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions do you treat?
We specialize in addressing a wide range of dizziness conditions through targeted physical therapy interventions. These may include but are not limited to Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction, Bilateral Vestibular Loss, Vestibular Neuritis, Meniere's Disease, Persistent- Postural Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), Cervicogenic Dizziness, Concussion-Related Dizziness, Vestibular Migraine, and various balance disorders with a special interest in Parkinson's Disease.
What types of health insurance do you accept? Is Medicare accepted?
Yes, we are contracted with Medicare Part B, providing coverage for eligible individuals seeking rehabilitation services. Additionally, we offer cash-based services for those who do not have Medicare Part B. If you have a Medicare replacement plan or another commercial insurance, we charge the patient for the visit and then bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider. If you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, you may be reimbursed a percentage of the cost of the visit. Our goal is to ensure accessibility to our high-quality care for all patients, regardless of their insurance status. If you have any questions about insurance coverage or payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Do I need a Doctor’s referral?
No, a doctor's referral is not required. New Hampshire is a direct access state, which means you can schedule an appointment directly with your physical therapist. If you present with an issue that is beyond the scope of physical therapy care, you will be referred to the appropriate healthcare provider. Following your initial evaluation, the physical therapist will fax the evaluation to your primary care physician or another physician that you may be working with relevant to your dizziness and balance for their review to increase fluency of care and communication between providers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit card payments via Square. HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment.
